Request deletion
Email privacy@olishoppy.com with the subject “MoldMojo Analytics data deletion”. Include the email used for your website membership, the Instagram handle or Facebook Page link concerned, and whether you want social-account data, website membership, or both deleted. You can request deletion without signing in.
What happens next
The operator will verify your identity or authority over the account using proportionate information, identify the relevant records and handle the request within applicable legal deadlines. Never send your password or access token. Where deletion applies, it covers stored connection tokens, account profile records, media records and related performance snapshots, and website membership/authentication records if requested. We will explain any information that must be retained and why.
Disconnecting is different
Disconnect in the app clears the stored social token and disables that connection for future scheduled synchronization. Historical analytics remain until separately deleted. Removing the integration through Meta prevents further authorized access but does not itself erase copies already stored by this service. Request deletion by email to cover those copies.
Limits
Deletion from MoldMojo Analytics does not delete your Instagram account, Facebook Page or posts on Meta. Provider logs and backups follow their retention cycles; limited information may be retained where legally necessary. The operator will explain relevant limitations in its response.
